Corner Pocket Farms offers prime waterfowl, dove and deer hunting, world-class accommodations and truly memorable experiences to a small select membership and paid group hunters. Located along the famed Cache River Bottoms, Corner Pocket Farms owns over 3,000 acres and has direct access to over 10,000 acres of bordering wildlife refuge hunting ground. Our property contains flooded, old growth hardwood timber, oxbow lakes, and flooded fields managed specifically for quality hunting
Our exclusive group events are typically business management meetings, corporate executive retreats, and celebrity “get-aways”. We also like to host our fellow outfitters from around the globe and share land management techniques and client service success stories. By the way, couples are not only welcome, but catered to!
Our hunts are confidential, and our clients privacy policies will be strictly respected. Corner Pocket Farms will host no more than five paid group hunts per year, BY CHOICE. We are not like many other guiding services or hunting lodges in that we are not doing this to make a living. We are only doing this to share the great outdoor experience with a small number of hunting groups that, hopefully, become returning guests and “friends” over the years.
The income generated from our group hunts will be reinvested into habitat improvement, food plots and infrastructure, all meant to continue to make Corner Pocket the “ultimate” destination for the outdoors person. Also, construction has begun on our “lunker lake” for you fishermen and women that love to spend sunsets catching a stringer limit of bass, crappie or catfish.
Our hunting quality ranks at the top of any outfitter success list anywhere on the North American continent. We will be updating the Corner Pocket website and Our YouTube site with video soon so that our incredible waterfowl holding power can be observed. We roost, rest and feed waterfowl with quality food plots and land management programs. Since we can irrigate portions of our property on demand, we control flooding and the food plot availability. This allows us to provide consistently excellent hunting production all season long. Our future hunting will even be better as we have added several significant land acquisitions to rest and feed waterfowl.
Our blinds are built for warm comfortable hunting experiences and shooting safety. However, we are not afraid to break out the layout blinds and follow the ducks and geese around the property as well. A typical hunt at Corner Pocket should allow the harvesting of a limit of waterfowl early, and we rarely hunt after noon. We harvest most of the species common to the Mississippi Flyway, the largest Waterfowl Migration route in the world! These include Mallards, Gadwall, Teal, Pintail, Wood Ducks, Shoveller, Snow and Blue Geese, Canada Geese and Specklebellies.
We have purposely left tremendous amounts of cover on our property to compliment our highly fertile agricultural areas. Both of these practices compliment our Quality Buck Management Program helping to produce massive body and antler growth. We strive to give our herd everything possible in order to reach their full potential. We have some monsters on our trail cams so be looking for pics to be uploaded into our photos web page.
We offer a variety of stand locations to put you in range of trophy whitetail bucks, including tree stands and natural ground blinds. Two hunters can hunt most of our stands and most tower stands are enclosed and protected from the elements. You could choose to have an experienced guide to assist you with your hunt.
We offer, bow, black powder and Rifle hunts for resident and nonresident hunters. You DO NOT have to put in for a draw to obtain a license for these hunts. Tags are available over the counter in just about any sporting goods store throughout the state or you can get them online.
